Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mailaholic ("the Service"), operated by Workaholic Developers ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Mailaholic lets you connect your own domain, verify DNS records, and send & receive email from mailboxes on that domain using our hosted mail infrastructure.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for the security of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must own or control any domain you connect.

3. Plans & pricing

Plans and their limits are described on our Pricing page. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are billed per month. Applicable taxes are charged as per Indian law. We may change pricing with prior notice; changes do not affect the current paid cycle.

4. Payments

Paid plans are billed online through our payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments. By upgrading, you authorise the applicable charge. A plan stays active for the period paid for and is not auto-charged unless stated at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, bulk unsolicited mail, phishing, malware, or any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content. You must honour unsubscribe requests and applicable anti-spam laws. Sending limits and attachment rules per plan exist to protect deliverability for everyone; attempting to bypass them is prohibited.

6. Fair use & suspension

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exceed plan limits, harm mail-server reputation, or breach the acceptable-use rules above — in serious cases without prior notice.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Deliverability also depends on third parties (recipient mail providers, DNS, your domain registrar) outside our control.

8. Your content

Your email content and data belong to you. We process it only to operate the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the mail you send and store.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost mail or business.

10. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Cancellations policy. You may switch to the Free plan at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Punjab, India.
