Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Mailaholic subscription plans, operated by Workaholic Developers.

1. Cancelling your plan

  • You can cancel a paid plan at any time by switching to the Free plan from your domain’s Plans page.
  • On cancellation, your paid features remain active until the end of the current paid month; after that the domain reverts to the Free plan limits.
  • We do not auto-charge a renewal unless explicitly stated at checkout.

2. Refunds

  • Monthly subscription fees are for the current billing period and are generally non-refundable, since service is delivered continuously during the month.
  • If you were charged due to a technical error, a duplicate payment, or a failed activation, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.
  • If a paid plan could not be activated for reasons on our side, you are eligible for a full refund of that charge.

3. How to request a refund

Email support@workaholicdevelopers.com from your account email with the order/transaction details and reason. We review and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment gateway (Cashfree Payments) within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer.
